Admin & Khmer Program Manager: (01-Post, Phnom Penh)

American Pacific International School (APIS) wholly owned subsidiary of NTC GROUP, APIS is American Pacific International School has been established to create a new model of global education which respects Cambodian culture and which aims to transform our students into becoming independent, caring and responsible global citizens who will be prepared to make a positive difference in their own community and abroad. To support our business expansion, APIS are looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions based in Phnom Penh.

Key Responsibilities

  • To respect and abide by the APIS’s vision, mission, goals and all management policies, guidelines, and quality management system;
  • To monitor all administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations;
  • To coordinate school activities so that the school runs smoothly;
  • To coordinate, maintain KGE curriculum and activities to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of school operations;
  • To handle related students’ incident and parents concerning to ensure timely solved;
  • To execute the operational plans, school policies, regulations, and principles for effective implementation;
  • To maintain quality excellences of schools’ academic programs to ensure effective quality management;
  • To handle weekly meeting with KGE teachers to improve and strengthen teaching quality;
  • To do other tasks as assigned by the supervisor


  • Master’s degree in education or related fields;
  • At least 5 years in private school coordination or supervision;
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command in English of both spoken and written;
  • Working knowledge of market research, feasibility studies and impact analysis;
  • Working knowledge of MS Office skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
  • Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and under pressure;
  • Demonstration of good leadership/ teamwork spirits;
  • Strong commitment to diversity;
