Human Resources Manager (01 Position based in HR Department, Head Office, Phnom Penh)

We are now urgently seeking qualified Cambodian national to fill in the position based in Head Office, Phnom Penh.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources Manager works closely with the Chief HR Officer to ensure the smooth and successful operation of the HR Department, NTC Group.
To draft and implement compensation & benefits and recruitment policies and procedures are in line with human resources department’s guidelines.
To coordinate in the process recruitment and selection effectively and within the timeframe as requires by manpower planning;
To support HOD/SP to recruit and select candidates with the right set of competencies and attitudes within the required time frame;
To source the candidates by developing career forum, other networking to ensure good pipeline records of critical roles.
To develop orientation/on-boarding programs that instill our values and cement our employment brand;
To maintain the recruitment and selection policies and procedures so that they are well communicated and implemented;
To coordinate with HOD/SP in manpower planning against current skills and requirement with appropriate policies and procedures of recruitment and selection.
To manage the payroll and pay slips for all types of staff to ensure all the payments made accurately & timely;
To coordinate the salary review process to ensure the requirement of compensation & benefits policies and procedures;
To maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures so that they are well communicated and implemented;
To manage staff benefits, infirmary, leave and all the benefits program to ensure compensation & benefits policies and procedures for the best practice.
To carry out industry survey on compensation trends within the industry and recommend suitable compensation strategy in terms of bonus payments/annual increment/salary adjustment to retain performance staff.
To keep track the HR Operations process to achieve HR departmental objectives and positively impact on the company objectives including, but not limited to on boarding, orientation/induction, probation, promotion, transfer, resignation/termination, turn over, attendant, health & safety, and monthly HR report.
To manage the HRM systems/employee profile to ensure the employee’s data is completed and updated.
To do other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
BBA in management or appropriate related field (HR discipline is a plus);
A minimum of 03 years of experiences at a management level in HR;
Experience in organizational development; learning &development; and management trainees program;
Working knowledge of succession planning and talent management;
Good negotiation, leadership, and influencing skills;
Good command of English;
Demonstration of ability to work under pressure;
Strong commitment to diversity;
Working knowledge of labor laws,
Working knowledge of MS Office skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
Knowledge of HRIS.
