Human Resources Intern (01 Post) Based in Head Office

We are now urgently seeking qualified Cambodian national to fill in the position in Head Office, Phnom Penh.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resource Intern (HRI) works closely with the Chief HR Officer to ensure the smooth and successful operation of the HR Department. 

 

  1. To assist in payroll and pay slips for all types of staffs to ensure all the payments made accurately & timely; 
  2. To assist in preparation of OT, allowance, incentive, bonus, increment and other payment to accurately & timely;
  3. To operate and record staff benefits, infirmary, leave and all the benefits program to ensure the C&B policies and procedures for the best practice. 
  4. To operate the insurance accident, NSSF, NTC Group health care and others benefits program to ensure effectively and timely support. 
  5. To prepare monthly fringe benefits report to be accurately and timely submission. 
  6. To coordinate in employee movement to ensure the employee’s probation, promotion, transfer, resignation, turnover and head count to accurately recorded and timely reported.

  8. To assist in industry survey on compensation trends within the industry and recommend suitable compensation strategy in terms of bonus payments/annual increment/salary adjustment to retain performance staff. 
  9. To update the HRM systems/employee profile to ensure the employee’s data is completed and updated. 
  10. To perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualification

  • BBA in management or related field (HRM discipline is a plus);
  • At least 2 year experiences in compensation & benefits (in education institutions is a plus)
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills;
  • Good command of English;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Working knowledge of fringe benefits, industrial survey and labor laws; 
  • Working knowledge of MS Office skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
  • Knowledge of HRIS.
  • Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and under pressure;
  • Demonstration of good leadership and teamwork spirits;
  • Strong commitment to diversity;
