School Coordinator - English Program (03 Posts, Phnom Penh and Province)

We are now urgently seeking qualified Cambodian national to fill in the position  based in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Poipet.

Key Responsibilities
The School Coordinator shall coordinate the school operation effectively and efficiently for the benefits of NTC Group and other stakeholders within the existing policies and suggest constructive ideas to the school principal.

  • Academic Programs: To coordinate and implement the school’s existing academic programs to ensure the curriculum delivery and development with smoothness and meeting the needs of stakeholders.
  • Marketing and Communication: To prepare and organize the marketing affairs and media relations as stated in NTC Group’s PR guidelines to publicize good image of the school.
  • Human Resource Management: To implement recruitment an selection procedure, employees’ welfare and safety, performance appraisal, and leave approval and delegate decision-making authorities to ensure the process are timely and smoothly executed and reach employees’ satisfaction. 
  • Administrative Affairs: To coordinate and control the school’s inventory, order, security, cleanliness, transportation, facilities, documenting and recording systems, legal affairs, and construction and renovation of the building to ensure good record system and smooth administrative process of the school.
  •  Accounting and Finance: To prepare and implement the school operation budget and other procurement procedure to ensure the approved budget is accurately and effectively allocated for the school’s healthy financial status.
  • To perform other tasks as required by the supervisor


  • Bachelor of Business Administration, or Educational Management 
  • At least 3-years’ experience in the educational management
  • Good English proficiency, proven by at least TOEFL of over 450 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good reporting writing skill
  • Strong organizational skill
  • Good problem solving skill
  • Good knowledge of academic programs, administration, marketing, accounting finance, & HRM
  • Working knowledge of Ms. Office on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of vision, mission, goals, policies, bylaws and other regulations of Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, Ministry of Commerce, Finance and Economics and other relevant institutions
