The Head of School is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of APIS. This role ensures academic excellence, fosters a positive school culture, and aligns educational strategies with institutional goals. The Head of School works closely with the COO and leadership team to drive growth, maintain compliance with educational standards, and enhance stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Academic Excellence: Oversees curriculum development, faculty training, and student performance metrics to maintain high educational standards.
• Leadership Development: Cultivates a strong leadership team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement among faculty and staff.
• Policy Compliance & Accreditation: Ensures full compliance with local and international education regulations, maintaining accreditation status.
• Financial Oversight: Manages resource allocation efficiently, ensuring cost-effective school operations while maintaining quality standards.
• Student Experience Enhancement: Implements student engagement strategies, ensuring a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
• Community Relations: Builds strong connections with parents, educational partners, and external organizations to enhance APIS’s reputation and impact.
• Additional Responsibilities: Supports institutional initiatives and assumes duties assigned by the COO, including strategic projects and administrative oversight.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in Education, Leadership, Administration, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
• Training: Expertise in curriculum development, school leadership, accreditation standards, and strategic planning.
• Work Experience: Minimum 7 years in school administration, leadership, or educational program management.
• Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, team development, stakeholder engagement, and financial management abilities
