The IEP Khmer Program Manager shall implement the IEP academic strategies (K-12), policies, guidelines, procedures and other operations to achieve the objectives of academic department within NTC Group and its assigned campus
Key responsibility:
- Curriculum Development: To design the new kindergarten, primary, secondary curriculum and materials in order to meet the national curriculum outcomes and 21st Century Learning setting, which aims at meeting the demand of all stakeholders with competitively educational quality
- Academic Monitoring and Evaluation:To support in reviewing the existing programs to know how they are implemented and evaluate the academic leadership and management in a purpose of ensuring the learning and teaching outputs; monitor, evaluate and improve school curriculum, materials and teaching procedures, guidelines to be effectively implementation
- Teacher Quality Assurance: To assure the process of teacher recruitment and selection to fit with the selection criteria, coordinate the high quality and pedagogical program required for IEP and develop Khmer Teacher competency standard and CPD
- Student Quality Assurance coordinate student learning assessment to improve and strengthen learning quality; coordinate student learning assessment to improve and strengthen learning quality, coordinate standard examination and other standard examination, develop and revise student improvement plan; and provide suggestion to curriculum development
- Policy and Procedure Development: To implement the academic policies, procedures and strategies to supplement the unclearly regulated mechanism
- Training and Development: To prepare academic professional development trainings and capacity building programs and deliver to the target groups
- Academic Relations: To facilitate internal IEP Academic Events, organize annual study trip, public events, STEM festival, and exchange programs for IEP students and outstanding, seek for public competitions/ events in order to provide opportunity for IEP Students to join, seek for academic partners, networking, and projects to support Curriculum Development Plan and Training
- Research Development: support in classroom action research activities and guidelines to help enforce new concepts of teaching and learning
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education Management or relevance filed;
- Pedagogical Training and professional development certificate (K-12)
- Minimum of 03 years experiences in academic programs or school program;
- High sense of new learning and pedagogical approach in K-12
- Good knowledge of teaching and learning assessment;
- Working knowledge of IEP curriculum development and teacher training methodology;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and under pressure;
- Demonstration of good leadership/teamwork spirits;
- Strong commitment to diversity; and
- Working knowledge of MS Office skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Preferably good English proficiency
