The Teacher shall provide teaching with knowledge, skills, and attitude (KSA), abilities to the individual and group of students to ensure teaching and learning quality for their campus within NTC Group.

Principle Accountabilities:

• To prepare daily and long-term lesson plans in line with our school curriculum and guidelines;
• To prepare teaching materials to align with our school curriculum and guideline.
• To coordinate student learning assessment and compulsory exam to improve and strengthen learning quality, educational progress and abilities;
• To monitor and follow academic policies, procedures, guidelines, teaching and learning methodologies in line with regulated mechanism of our school;
• To strengthen and follow up the students’ discipline and morality to maintain the quality of education, morality, their health and safety at all times;
• To support in classroom development environment and activities to help enforce new concepts of teaching and learning;
• To maintain accurate and complete student attendance and records as required by school policies, and administrative regulations as documents.
• To prepare student’s parents meeting with their parents and guardians to discuss students’ progress;
• To supervise students throughout the day, both pre and post classroom and during breaks to ensure they are warm and care;
• To supervise school activities such as life skills, school contest, debate, school visit, sporting events and other social activities to ensure smoothness and well organized and promoted.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in education (B.Ed) or related field;
2. At least 02 years in teaching with education institutions;
3. Good negotiation and influencing skills;
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Good command in English of both spoken and written (for teacher of English);
6. Working knowledge of teaching and learning methodologies;
7. Working knowledge of MS Office skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
8. Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and under pressure;
9. Demonstration of good leadership/teamwork spirits;
10. Strong commitment to diversity;
